white DIY resin bathroom countertop using Stone Coat Countertop resin - yellowed after two months

I’ve been working slowly but steadily on my studio bathroom, and I finally got the faucet and sink hooked up. And while this should be progress to celebrate, I have to admit that I’m just frustrated right now, and the source of my frustration is my countertop. This countertop is one that I made myself out of two layers of MDF and white tinted resin. Initially, I used ArtResin brand resin and used latex paint to tint it white. I was so happy with how it turned out. It was just fine as it was, and ArtResin is one of the least yellowing resins on the market.
